MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) - 9:30-11:30am - 2nd & 4th Fridays

MOPS understands that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. MOPS exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban and suburban, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be!

At St. John MOPS, you'll find a fun-filled morning of food, connection, guest speakers, mentor moms and creative activities. Your children ages birth to Kindergarten have their own fun as they are cared for in a safe, loving and preschool like setting. Meetings are held the second & fourth Fridays, Sept thru May. Contact the church office 815-439-2320

September 14th MOPS 2018-2019 begins

MOPS will be starting again this fall on September 14th. If you are the mother of a preschooler, please join us! We meet at the church on the second and fourth Fridays of the month. Childcare drop-off starts at 9:15 a.m. and our meetings start at 9:30 a.m. Our 2018-2019 theme is Find Your Fire.

Never let the fire go out … When you hope, be joyful. When you suffer, be patient. When you pray, be faithful. Share with God’s people who are in need. Welcome others into your homes. – Romans 12:11-13 (NIrV)

SOME WOMEN FEAR THE FIRE, OTHERS TEND THEIR GOD-GIVEN FIRE AND USE IT TO LIGHT UP THEIR HEARTS AND THE WORLD.

LET’S BE THOSE WOMEN. MAY THIS BE THE YEAR YOU FIND YOUR FIRE
