On Saturday, March 9th at 6:45 p.m. we will kick off the 15th annual Taste of St. John.

The Taste of St. John is our biggest annual fundraiser for the youth that involves many volunteer hours and overhead costs. We need your help! 


- Come to dinner and bring a friend.  Tickets available on Sunday or the evening of the event.

- Can't come to dinner?  Monetary donations are also needed.  Your donation of $25, $50 or $100 will be used toward Mission Trip expenses as well as purchasing supplies.

- Buy quilt raffle tickets available on Sunday and the evening of the event.  Raffle ticket donations also go directly to our Mission Trip.  

- Bring a dish for the dinner.  Contact Penny Collins at 815-342-5339 or Mark Collins at 815-545-2848 to see what we need or see them on Sunday.

In July, our high school youth travel to an impoverished area in the United States to perform much needed community service work. This summer our youth travel to perform home repairs in Rushville, IN. 

We look forward to a great night of fellowship and food with friends and family.

It features food created and donated by our own "chefs" and "bakers." The goal of the Taste is to make certain that our youth can participate in special events, mission trips and camps to ensure their continued growth in their discipleship of Jesus.


What dish are you making for the Taste of St. John? Are you hoping some of our past winning dishes reappear this year? Pans are available in the church office. And don’t forget to save the date of March 9th at 6:45pm to come and eat the yummy food!
